अभी हम समझते हैं की बैन क्यों हुआ | नेपाल का सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक आर्डर पास किया उस आर्डर का अभी कंटेंप्ट हुआ है जो Case हुआ है वो देखिए |
The honorable supreme court in a contempt of Court case (case no. 080-8-0012) has issued a directive order in the name of the Government of Nepal to mandatory list domestic our foreign-organ online and social media platforms with the relevant authorities before operation and to evaluate and monitor unwanted content.
यहां देखिए Contempt of Court का केस है| मतलब कोर्ट ने आर्डर Pass किया है |जिसे आपने टाइम रहते उसका पालन नहीं किया इसलिए बैन लगाया है| अब समझते हैं कि बैन लगा क्यों _ पहली बात तो ये कोई Direct BAN नहीं है |तो ये कोई बैन का आर्डर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नहीं निकला है |बेसिकली Supreme Court ने MANDAT Issue किया था |और उस Mandat को फॉलो नहीं किया गया| तो यहां पर Contempt Of Court का केस लगा है| जिसकी वजह से ये Directive issue किया गया है| जितने भी Internet Service Provider कंपनीयां है उन्हें कि आप इन सारी Apps को चलाना बंद कर दें| कब तक और क्यों इनको समझते हैं |
(1) Basicly जो Directive आया था|वो आया था कि जितने भी Social Media Platforms चल रहे हैं नेपाल के अंदर उन्हें रजिस्टर्ड करना पड़ेगा | with the minister of communication and information technology.

दूसरा आपको एक Local Contact Officer और एक Official Handle Officer Appoint करना पड़ेगा |
अब इससे होगा क्या एक तो Accountibility रहेगी और थोड़ा Regulation भी रहेगी |
अब हो सकता है कंपनी नेपाल को हल्के में लेकर चल रही हो लेकिन नेपाल की population लगभग 3.01 करोड़ की है|
